Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as delivered
- Unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odor, or damage
- In its original packaging with tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number/receipt)

Non-Returnable Items
We DO NOT accept returns for:
- Customized, printed, or personalized POD products
(All FlexFitApparels items are print-on-demand, printed specially for you.) - Sale or discounted items
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
- Items returned without approval
Since every product is made to order, returns are only accepted in case of misprint, damage, or receiving the wrong item.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
⚠️ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will investigate and provide:
- A free replacement, or
- A refund, depending on the issue
We cover all costs for replacements caused by printing or shipping errors.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and your item is inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.
If eligible, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the wrong or faulty item was sent)
- Refund times depend on your bank or payment provider
If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund approval, please contact us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- They arrive damaged
- You receive the wrong size, wrong print, or wrong item
